Derricia Walters

Derricia Walters, Intern: Dee is an intern at Clarity Counseling and a student therapist at Huntington University. She is currently completing a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Dee is a client-centered therapist who uses an integrative approach to help clients process past trauma, become more present, and accomplish goals. Dee also educates clients on emotional expression and healthy coping skills. Dee also focused on anxiety disorders, depression, and ADHD in children and adults. She is uses CBT, DBT, and other evidence based therapies.

The objective of her therapeutic work is to help clients discover healing by holistic means in order to improve their overall quality of life. She also aims to accomplish symptom reduction by any means necessary. She is focused on helping individuals reach their goals.
