In this 6-week class we teach you the strateigies you need to help you and your child deal with anxious thoughts, worries, stress, and meltdowns due to anxiety and stress. This class will be taught live and then recorded so you can watch it over. We also provide handouts and worksheets you can use any time!
This course is taught by Kim Fish, a registered play therapist, and mental health counselor and Christine Rodriguez, MA, Licensed Mental Health Counselor and National Certified Counselor. Both specialize in the treatment of ADHD, anxiety, OCD, and behavioral problems in children.
