Group for Parents with
anxious children/SPACE
This group is for parents who have children with anxiety or OCD. This is a group led by a licensed therapists and designed to help families create solutions that are unique to their needs. SPACE stands for Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions and is a parent based program for children with OCD and anxiety. SPACE was developed by Dr. Eli Lebowitz at the Yale Child Study Center and has been tested and found to be effective in randomized controlled clinical trials. All therapists involved in the SPACE group been trained directly by Dr. Eli Lebowtz

PARENT COACHING/ KIDS WITH ADHD
ADHD involves many challenges for children and their caregivers. Coaching can provide you with support you need to reduce conflict, help children meet their goals, and find strategies that work for your family. This coaching is provided in an individual and group format.

COLLABORATIVE PROBLEM
SOLVING WITH TWEENS AND TEENS
This educational class is offered as a workshop several times a year. We show parents how to communicate with teens and tweens. You can effectively learn how to reduce your tween/teen's resistance.

15 Week ADHD CHILD/Parent Intensive
This unique program combines 2 programs. We start with the 6 week Calm and Connected Class for parents starting in April then break for summer so parents can practice your new skills during the summer and then begin the school year with a children's program that helps kids organize, and learn skills that help children be successful during the school year. This program is suitable for 8-12 year olds.

Mini-Group for parents with Anxiety
Sometimes parents experience anxiety about their children's behaviors. Parents recognize how this anxiety creates behaviors that they would like to reduce. This 3-week mini course teaching parents how to reduce their own anxious thoughts about their children.
